I do enjoy a good Mexican restaurant & Sr. Jalapenos in Liberty, Ohio never disappoints. When you arrive you can park in front or on the side of the building, plenty of spots available. Inside you will find a spacious dining area & bar. Seating options are tables, booths or bar. The waiting staff & servers are great, very friendly & attentive. They always check on you as you dine, make sure your drinks are topped off & ensuring you have everything you need. The owner is usually there and will stop & check on you as well. The Menu has a great selection of entrees, vegan options & and kids meals. Their food is delicious, dress & served hot. Even the chips and salsa are amazing, nice thick & crunchy. The bar is properly stocked with a good selection of liquor & beers. Numerous televisions are all around the place, so an ideal place to enjoy sports as you dine. I’m a big fan of this place for the food and atmosphere. I strongly recommend that you stop in and give it a try.
Had a fantastic lunch today at Sr Jalapenos! Salsa and quac tasted clean and refreshing, Flautas were packed full of flavor and it came with MORE QUAC! The owner Jose is always a pleasure to talk to and is always very warm and inviting. If you're looking for Great, Authentic Mexican ... this is the place!

Me and my friends are regularly here. We've tried several other Mexican restaurants around this area and this one has the BEST food. Staff are always amazing, and the food always comes out fast.
Had to take the food to go. Ordered the nachos and enchiladas with mole poblano. The atmosphere is inviting and place feels authentic. Owners are local and very friendly. Military friendly too. Got to meet Senior Jalapeno and was one of the best experiences I had in Ohio. I recommend this place to anyone, passing through or local. Place is huge to accommodate many people.
We visited my husband's cousin, who introduced us to this charming restaurant. The food was fantastic. I had the seafood fajitas, which could have fed two people. My husband had the seafood enchiladas. We loved both items. We also each had a margarita and they were delightful as well. The atmosphere and service were the cherry's on top of our experience. It was a great evening.
Foot was very good and service was outstanding. I can’t remember better customer service in a restaurant in more than 20 years. Highly recommend. Friday night and the Staff was hustling to take care of customers
